    Hudson Social opened November 1, 2018 at 128 Bedford St., the former home of Hudson Grille, after the roughly 5,000-square-foot space was renovated with new booths, a remodeled bar, and a brick oven. Chef Tyler Jacobs and restaurateur Paul Dillane brought a small-plates/tapas-focused menu, a distinct concept from the prior bar-and-grill format.
